Goldback Payment Policy & Procedures

We accept Goldbacks® as an alternative payment method. To ensure a secure and smooth transaction, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Item Selection

  • Email azsilver@azsilverco.com the item you wish to purchase.

  • Item will be removed from website.

  • You will be emailed the amount of Goldbacks to be mailed.

  • Goldbacks must be received within 10 days of request or order will be canceled.


2. Mailing Instructions

  • We accept all denominations of Goldbacks from UT, FL, OK, NH, NV, WY, SD, AZ

  • Goldbacks must be mailed via trackable shipping (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx recommended).

  • Include the item name you wish to purchase and contact information inside the package.

  • We recommend using a rigid mailer or protective sleeve to prevent damage in transit.

  • Damaged Goldbacks will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all postage and insurance costs.


3. Risk & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of Goldbacks during shipping.

  • For your protection, please consider insuring your package for its full value.

  • Payment is considered pending until Goldbacks are received and authenticated.


4. Verification & Authentication

Upon receipt, we will:

  1. Inspect the Goldbacks for authenticity (security features, proper denomination, UV features, and condition).

  2. Verify the total value matches the order amount.

  3. Contact you if there are discrepancies or concerns.

4. If any Goldback is suspected to be counterfeit or altered, it will be held and not returned.

5. Processing Time

  • Payments will be processed within 2–3 business days of confirmed receipt and authentication.

  • Orders will ship only after payment has been fully verified.


6. Refunds & Returns

  • Any change due will be sent via Paypal only.

  • Goldback payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be issued using Paypal — not in Goldbacks.

  • Exact item must be received in same condition before refund issued.

  • Buyer responsible for return shipping.
